For various reasons, I am staying a second night here at Alminhas da Mindua. I don’t think I will even try to describe this place, other than to say it’s incrredibly beautiful and peaceful. Created, owned, and run by a very gracious and caring family.
I’m going to ask Merideth to write about this one.
